Excel-based tool for assessment of the BP

The tool includes a quantitative scoring system (0–5) and allows for visual comparison of AFNs based on five key criteria: advanced logistics, sustainability, digitalisation, local focus, and transparency. AFNs scoring above an average of 3 were identified as best practices. Results are presented with diagrams and matrices (e.g. spider charts) to support data visualisation and comparison across countries or AFN types
